When beinning your session you are asked to wear cotton clothes of long sleeves and pants, this is a non invasive treatment, therefore you will not be asked to disrobe. Six bands will be placed around your body, as you relax to a warming sensation, aromatherapy, and calming music. When finished your treatment you may want to have dry clothes as you will be sweating, although the composition of the sweat means it does not smell. You will feel relaxed and for hours afterwards.
