Spa Etiquette 

Reserving Appointments and Our Cancellation Policy

A credit card or gift card number is required to secure all appointments. We understand everyone has busy lives and crazy schedules these days. If you do need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you to do so no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.


Late cancellations:    If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment,

                                   50% of your service fee will be charged to your credit card or gift card.


No Call/ No Show: Your credit or gift card will be charged 100% of your reserved service for a no call, no show.


For late arrivals: Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are late, we will try our best to deliver the full treatment,

however that time may be deducted from your total treatment time. 



Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion.

They should reflect your level of satisfaction with each service.

We now accept credit card and cash gratuities.
